Pave Paradise to Put Up a Parking Lot…

The environmental lessons being taught by the ecological disaster in Haiti have not been learned in Miami. While the City talks about improving tree cover, they routinely allow the elimination of Oak and Mango trees that have have stood for more than 100 years. Today’s show discusses the most recent decision to allow the expansion of a church and addition of a driveway at the expense of more tree cover.

Judy Collins wrote and sang the song in the 60s. We have yet to pay attention to the lyrics.
